If this gers approved,
if Cleveland ge~s approved, then if you look at your agenda you
see Improvement 76-7A - that's the area directly south of that
red line and we have t.o worry about that too because it has
its own problems and we have to go in there and address the
drainage in this general area. We're splitting it which way it
runs.

MR. DUFORD: (Inaudible) feasibility to the east and south.

MR. HONCHELL: Thar's right.

MR. One
gentleman wrote a letter saying he could nor be here and why he
felt in his case the assessment area should be increased.

MR. NELSON: Is he in tha~ Brenner Avenue?

MAYOR DEMOS: Prior Circle. He felt i.1- should go +0 +he
other side of Prior Circle.

MR. NELSON: I!m for increasing Wilson pond but I know if
they pass putting it down the main drag you will pass that new
street. and I wish there was a way we could have mad more people
here from the area concerned.

MR. CAROL EMANUELSON, 3115 Prior Circle: First., I feel
you have already made up your minds and I don'+ know why you're
asking for input, but I rhink t-.he feeling of the people is

l6
