negative - everyone on Prior Circle is nega~ive and if ~he area
in ~he red line (inaudible) red line area should be ex+-ended
because all of Prior Circle goes in there and I wonder if quite
a bit of +-hat school drains in there and I don'r understand ~he
tax structure and how that works and how they would pay ini~o
that, but for i~he record, I'm against i1.:.

MAYOR DEMOS: I would have a hunch the school would drain
into Langdon Lake since it borders on it. One thing I will say
is - you say our minds are made up - that doesn't happen to be
the truth because other programs have gone down the drain -
figuratively speaking - in the past, bu~ from Mr. Fisher's own
letter he says property (inaudible). Prior Circle does drain
toward the west so they're obviously sending water somewhere.

MRS. EMANUELSON: But he said the red line doesn't go as
far as it should. If this is going to be done - first, I don't
think it should be - but if it has to be, then perhaps that red
area should be expanded farther west. I believe - I know all of
Prior Circle goes in there and the parking lot of the school is
next to it and that blacktop is probably draining in there too.

COUNCILMAN GRAUEL: I rhink we hear ~hese things each time
there's a public improvement pertaining to storm drainage and I
th~nk the areas are outlines by the engineering department and
in their best judgment they feel rha.... rhe drainage in this
district is outlined and shown in red here as Mr. Honchell
stated - in 76-7A there will be considerarion for the property
just t.o the south of this and the Council has asked our Public
Works Department to arrange for a feasibility repor~ for the
Langdon Lake area ~:nd the drainage in ."hat- area, and if +-hose
few lots are not included in this particular drainage system
they will be included in Langdon Lake system, you can rest
assured of that, so I mean, if we're going to split hairs on
which way the drainage is running - if i i-' s going +-0 +~he east
or to the west it will be just a ma1~~er of a six month period
or so until the property to i:he east: is included in anot:her
project so all in all it will be included sooner or later.

COUNCILMAN ANDERSON: We have outlined ~he area in this
improvement hearing. Everybody within that area has been sent:
notices.

19
