cones. That's where the new curbs would be proposed. In through
all this area I think the road could be set .in to fit the ground
so it would all drain into the road even along this area.

Here we're coming to C-2, looking east on C-2. I think
we're discussing the possibility of having to adjust the eleva-
tion there. Looking west, it's higher to the west. North
through here -

FROM THE AUDIENCE: Would you slow that down a little.

MR. LEONARD: What were you most interested in? I'm just
past C-2 where the commercial development is on the east side
just north of C-2. That's a driveway into some commercial
development there. There's an inlet structure there. That's
that inlet structure where the water gets in and heads for 35W.
Thatls where that picture is taken and again you can see the
cones there. They're a little bit off to one side and three or
four get into the grass on the west side. There aren't cross
streets here that I can relate this to and I'm not that familiar
with the area, but there's kind of a bank here on the left side
and I think if we jump up here you will see kind of a bank there
with a dead tree on the left side: then it comes into a low spot
coming into this new develoPment of new homes there. There's
some large lawns on the west side of the road and that ditch and
all that construction has been going on all winter on the right
side.

Now we're approaching County Road B coming up through
there. I think that's the last one. I had hoped to give some-
body an idea of about where the curbs would fit in relationship
to the present property development out there. If there are
particular questions, I can go back and look.

MAYOR DEMOS: Mr. Popovich, will you give your summary.

MR. POPOVICH: Project 76-9 is estimated to cost $449,330
which will largely be picked up by the c~unty and the portion
that the city would pay if the county goes ahead is $29,622
which is the estimated cost of 75% of the cost of the curb and
gutter. That $29,622 would be IOO% assessed against benefited
property owners at $3.00 per front foot for residential and
$5.47 for commercial, industrial and multiple and the same prin-

3
