<br />-7- <br /> <br />Bill 1f12. <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Amends Laws 1969, Chapter 589, Section 1 as amended by Laws 1971, Chapter <br />632, Section 1 which relate to County Extension services by deleting ref- <br />erence to Ramsey County. As to Ramsey County, the law has been super- <br />seded by Minnesota Statutes 38.36. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Amends Laws 1969, Chapter 1063 relating to Sheriffs fees by deleting <br />reference to Ramsey County. Ramsey County Pas the authority to set its <br />O"NIl fees. <br /> <br />Bill if:13. <br /> <br />'Section 1. <br /> <br />_ Amends Laws 1974, Chapter 435, Section 1.0209 as amended by Laws 1975, <br />Chapter 426, Section 5 by striking thelangtiage which specified the dates <br />on which the County is to pay to the City of St. Paul the 1.3 million <br />Road and Bridge appropriation. Strict adherence to this schedule causes <br />considerabie bookkeeping problems. The opportunity to use this appro- <br />priation to generate State Highway funds is also seriously diminished. <br />The City of St. Paul has agreed to this change. <br />Subdivision 2 increases the formula for appropriation of municipal <br />street funds from $60,000 to $100,000 and adds a section authorizing <br />the use of these funds for traffic control devices and street lighting. <br />Subdivision 3 removes the $2,500 limit 'on construction work done <br />for a muni~ipality in conjunction with a county maintenance project. <br /> <br />Bill 114. <br /> <br />A1::lends Hinnesota Statutes 1974, Section 273.11. This proposal of state- <br />wide application relates to the method of determining market value on new <br />commercial construction. <br /> <br />During the first calendar year after issuance of a building permit the <br />market value will be 25% of the estimated fir~l cost.
