REILING: Nobody has used (inaudible) except <br />Shoreview coming thr.)ugh \1i th their sewage. <br /> <br />COUNCILMAN GRAUEL: Who built that? <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL: I'm not sure Which organization had the <br />contract - whether it was Rosevi11e or a combination of the <br />two. Certainly we'll research.. This proposal tonight is <br />not proposing any assessments for that sewer. We're not <br />proposing to build c duplicate sewer, and are not proposing to <br />assess anyone and start sending them bills next fall, but <br />you're correct th2lt as the sewer would be utilized, rhen the <br />appropriate fees would be charged, and if there are any credits <br />involved, those would be also brought to bear. <br /> <br />COUNCILMAN GRAUEL: Because it could be a possibility <br />that the oversizing of sewer lines - of course, we're getting <br />credits now from the Metropolitan Sewer Board. and I would <br />assume some of our sewer lines (inaudible) this area or farther <br />south have been oversized and that would be taken into consid- <br />eration at the time rates were (inaudible). <br /> <br />MR. REILING: possibly so, but I knml1 the statement was <br />no assessment, and I was amazed on the next tax assessment to <br />find we were assessed and that W2IS for t-he trunk, so that was <br />charged. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: You have been paying sanitary sewer - <br /> <br />MR. REILING: (inaudible) area assessment. <br /> <br />COUNCILMAN GRAUEL: An acreage assessment. <br /> <br />MR. REILING: Water too. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: I did not understand what you said about it <br />being satisfactory to let the water get through to Owasso. <br /> <br />-13- <br />
