If it is built, then ct the
(,,"3sessment hec>ring ~"ould be the time if cmyone felt they should
not be assessed for either sewer Clnd water because they have
an existing home on a corner, then they may bring that forward
and the Council could review it.

The sanitary sewer is proposed to be constructed again along
Millw!'):>d., then through an existL1g easement out to Owasso for
the sQut-herly portion, from the cul-de-~ac on Millwood down
,,,,here it would tie into the existing sewer, end northerly to the
existing sewer, and a piece to serve the interior lots along
Brenner 00wn to Avon. In addition, there's a short ~ection
which would ne shared by bot-h Shoreview end Ros~ville. This
would tie into t-he exist ing meter just em the north side -
or Shoreview side - of County Road D, and would run up to a
point where it could serve the northerly lot in Shoreview.
That sewer would ~erve (inaudirle) communities. It would
cctually only te supplying facili'l-ies to two lots in Roseville,
rut many more in Shorevi(-~w, part icularly if they conc:.....ruct a
future street in t-his location C"s they plan to according to
their mClster plan. They Clre what would be
called a standard street design. It is proposed to have a cul-
de-sac at this location, and all the other roadways are proposed
to connect end loop out to the ot-her existing fClcilities, nClroely.
Victoria or West Owa~po Boulevard.
