MAYOR DEMOS: Are there any other questions from any
members of the audience? Are there any more questions?

GLADYS WEIS, 1440 Woodlynn: I think I have had a lot
of questions and statements made to me about (inaudible) pay
the running cost per foot. Now, the rest is supposed to be
put on the tax base of Roseville. Is that really the way
it's supposed to be? People tell me .- "no way can this be
done." This is what everybody is a little bit upset about.

MAYOR DEMOS: This policy has been adopted by the Council
so that's the way it would be done.

COUNCILMAN GRAUEL: And in the event there is new
construction in a new plat, any of the assessments for
sewer, water, storm sewer, street, is 100% assessed against
the property owners.

MAYOR DEMOS: But for reconstruction it's the way you
have been told. Any other questions? Are there any statements
pro or con to the proposed reconstruction?

MR. LARRY OVERSKEI, l472 Woodlynn Avenue: I signed the
negative petition after originally signing the positive,
and I'd like to remove my name from the negative to the posi-
tive. Also - when you move - you have to payoff? Say I sell
my house. Do I have to payoff the remainder of the assessment
before the home is sold or does that go on to the next owner?

COUNCILMAN CURLEY: You get your buyer to agree to pay,
but if you dont, the mortgage company, I would imagine, would
make you pay it off.

MR. OVERSKEI: I was told people could pay up to $2000
or $3000 before they would be ablt to sell their home.

MR. ANDRE: That would be part of your agreement in
selling your home.

MR. OVERSKEI: It's just an arrangement between the
buyer and seller.

7
