MR. KRAMER: Northern States Power chose these locations to provide light to the whole area, and they feel by placing the lights in these locations the coverage will be such that the entire street is covered and, two, they can provide service to these three poles, so this is actually Northern states Power. MRS. LINDIG: Swanson's already have two lights in the back yard. We keep just individual spot lights on our back yard because there's a little pool, but Swanson's have the high lights in their back yard for years - even before they had the property they were actually put in by Ewald's, but it's just so much light in that area. I'm not sure how many signatures Joe has on the section that backs on to Wheeler. This particular diagram is incorrect because there now is a street light in the middle of Wheeler, so many of those property owners in there are baCking on to Wheeler, but their garage entrances are all on Wheeler where they have quite a bit of lighting, so I think you should consider that as far as what names you have on that petition.
