<br />Bureau and to formalize the relationship between the Northwest <br />Suburban Youth Service Bureau and the municipalities signatory <br />to this Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by and between the parties <br /> <br /> <br />hereto, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City of Roseville, Minnesota, is designated by the <br /> <br /> <br />signatories to this Agreement as the sponsoring community; as <br /> <br />such, the City of Roseville shall contract with the Northwest <br /> <br />Suburban Youth Service Bureau for services to be rendered by <br /> <br /> <br />the North\-Jes.t Suburban Youth Service Bureau to the municipalities <br /> <br /> <br />signatory to this Agreement. <br /> <br />2. The City of Roseville, as the sponsoring community, <br /> <br />shall provide administrative services to the Northwest Suburban <br /> <br /> <br />Youth Service Bureau, as follows: <br /> <br />A. Accounting and Auditing Services <br /> <br /> <br />B. Printing and Copying Services <br /> <br /> <br />C. Acquisition of Supplies <br /> <br />The City of Roseville shall be reimbursed for the above services <br /> <br />from the operating budget of the Northwest Suburban Youth Service <br /> <br />Bureau on the basis of the City's costs in supplying such services. <br /> <br />3. Funds for operating the Northwest Suburban Youth Service <br /> <br /> <br />Bureau will be secured from grants or appropriations from State, <br /> <br />Federal and County agencies and in the event such grants require <br /> <br />matching funds, the parties to this Agreement shall provide such <br /> <br />matching funds, based upon the following formula: <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
