MR. GEORGE MOONEY, 1986 North Lexington: It isn't clear
to me why they should be alone - not that I'm particularly
concerned.

MAYOR DEMOS: Because it will cost them about $300 a lot
more if they go together. We can only assess 10% of the lots
on Oxford.

MAYOR DEMOS:
we going to do it.

Now, are we going to let Oxford go or are
Is there a motion for that.

MRS. GEORGE MOONEY, 1986
if you don't vote for Oxford?
thing with our lot sometime.
do something?

North Lexington: What happens
Obviously we want to do some-
What happens when we do want to

MAYOR DEMOS: First of all, let me ask. Can we consider
the water alone on Oxford? What else do we need on there?

MR. HONCHELL: You mean in the way of facilities to make
it a buildable lot? The water and services for water and
sewer. They have sewer mains in the street but no services
to the lot.

MAYOR DEMOS: We could approve those services for Oxford
alone. Those services could be put in, and I believe it would
be highly unlikely that the other lots who now have services
would be assessed for that. That's the way I feel. That would
be voted on by another Council but I would find any Council
(inaudible) hard to believe that they would do it, but then
you'd have just a temporary street put down in front of your
property.

MR. MOONEY: I don't know whether I understand correctly or
not, but I say that I'm for improving Oxford from Shryer as
shown here, and I understand - I don't want to speak for Mr. Cave
- but unless I'm mistaken, he has no objectiDn to it and if 1031
has no objection to it, I don't know why it shouldn't be consid-
ered. I could be wrong.
