MR. KATH: So it's these four lots we're speaking about.
This goes all the way back into here, just like that. Late at
night you could get a house in there and (inaudible) you're
not going to do it and that's just the long and short of it
and, therefore, I'm sitting on four lots that are commercial
and I'm sure they could probably be zoned as residential. I
don't want to be hurt anymore. I'm not asking - I'm begging.
I bought this as one whole parcel.

MAYOR DEMOS: And it's still one parcel.

~lR. KATH: After meeting with our people here, we could
come out with a 92 and a half foot frontage in order to give
us a little over 11,000 square foot of land {inaudible}.

COUNCILMAN FRANKE: Make it residential and you still have
property to Rice Street that will be commercial.

MR. KATH: And facing B-2 which would be the south of these
four lots here, then coming do~m further to the west, or going
to the east, and going to Rice Street, then that's approximately
300 feet of commercial property which would complement Mr.
Cave's piece of property.

MAYOR DEMOS: Didn't you want something a little more than
single family?

MR. KATH: Single family for 92 feet. The other lot on
the end, yes, but not on this. That's a sellable lot, but
these 92 - you wouldn't allow a double bungalow to go in there.

r~YOR DEMOS: You know the ducks (inaudible).

MR. KATH: You know you wouldn't want that.

COUNCILMAN FRANKE: I'm thinking there's some property
over off of - down back of the school district offices along
Dunlap and there's a lake and they've used the lake as part
of the aesthetic effect and it's not bad, and I think those
lots are not too deep.

MR. KATH: Absolutely beautiful. Call me Harry. I want
to be friends with everyone.

COUNCILMAN KEHR: What was your original plan?

MR. KATH: I bought 150 by 100 on B-2 and Rice. The church
had this piece of property and they wanted to unload and I
said, well, what do I want it for, so they said, well, take
it on this deal. I plowed the rink there for the kids in
Capitol View and Kellogg because they didn't have ice time,

11
