He will pay 100% for curb and 7 ton street or 9 ton street for people who have already used it - the same benefit. In other words, all the people Ban-Con built for - Transit and Galtier Circle - are getting this use for nothing, but the Kath usage and Cave usage are going to pay the 100% rate. I just wanted that clear that you know what you want and I'm opposed to it. MAYOR DEMOS: Ne know that when you try to sell those quadrominiums those will be more attractive when they have a better entry coming in. I was in talking to the Council a week or so ago and I was inquiring about maybe selling the lots on Transit. I own a piece of property south of Cave. I don't want to go into why this situation came like this, but it's a very bad, bitter one. I got a bad taste for it, but I'm stuck with some lots I thought maybe I could (inaudible). I can't sell the lots because there isn't enough land. I thought I had some sold, but when they come to find out, they said they don't want them.
