13

MR. EDWARD SCHLOER, 638 Terrace Drive: Who built the houses
east of Dale Street?

MR. HONCHELL: Several private home owners built on the north
side and BanCon essentially built on the south side.

MR. SCHLOER: Why didn't they have to put storm sewers in
like Kroiss?

MR. HONCHELL: I suppose because there was no outlet at the
time, but I wasn't here.

MR. SCHLOER: I don't need it. I don't need no more storm
sewer. I don't have any water problem. I'm against it.

MAYOR DEMOS: If lots are platted prior to the time the policy
was set that storm sewers and street should be put in, they would
not have been required to do so. I would presume that was platted
earlier than that.

MRS. THOMAS LYONS, 568 Iona Lane: I feel we should be able to
have our street improved so we're like the rest of Roseville.
People come to our house and say it~ just like a cattle road. We
go on record in favor of the street.

MR. HARRY HOLM, 560 Iona Lane: I'm in favor of widening the
street and putting in the gutters - not only because it will benefit
my house but the whole area. I think it's going to raise the
property (inaudible) to have a good street in the area.

MR. MIKE SMILAND, 512 Iona Lane: I would like to go on record
as being in favor of the street improvement and the assessment.

MR. JAMES ARMBRUST, 629 Iona Lane: It's fairly obvious that
those on one side are in favor. I oppose it. I have no use for a
drainage system. It will not benefit me one bit. As far as
sidewalks are concerned, I think that destroys the aesthetic
value of a suburb.

MR. TOM HOEPNER, 651 Terrace Drive: I find it hard to believe
that the people next door to me were assessed at one time and I
was not.

MR. HONCHELL: I don't know without researching the records.

MR. HOEPNER: It doesn't seem you're too up to date. I would
think you would know who was assessed and who was not.

MR. HONCHELL: Our preliminary plans where the break on the
(inaudible) where the water comes from. Our procedure is if
the water drains to the facility that's being constructed (inaudible)

MR. HOEPNER: 51 is at the bottom of the hill.
