II

the Coventry area?

MR. HONCHELL: North and south on the service road. Some
will be going north.

MR. RAAS: Someone said there wouldn't be an access there.
Then they're going to zoom out and come up to Asbury.

MR. HONCHELL: They will be going either north or south on that
service road. They will have to use the service road because
there won't be any access to any of those businesses or homes
along Snelling.

MR. RAAS: No median in that middle section.

MAYOR DEMOS: Anyone else wish to be heard?

MR. KENNEDY BACHELLER, 2945 Simpson: I'm two lots to the
north on the west side of the street above where the sewer ends
and I'd like to get this a little straight about how much it
would cost if we were to petition for curb and new street. I
feel the way the street is constructed it doesn't have a lot of
curve to it and when there's much water it's allover the street,
not just going down the side and if you get a lot of water going
down the outside you don't have enough blacktop to hold it in
so it will just wash the street away, but that water drains all
the way down there on Simpson and do you feel that just by
having it drain away up the block it will take care of everything?

MR. HONCHELL: The present size limits on how far it goes are
based on our preliminary investigations, but the amount of
water from those lots should not be excessive to be handled by
the catch basins. That's how it was designed.

MR. BACHELLER: On our side of the street - all the lots
on the east side of Arona - all their backyeards drain into our
backyards and the water behind me comes down my hill and drains
around my house to the street so we're carrying a lot of water
when there's an excessive amount.

MR. HONCHELL: That's 2945? Which side of your lot does the
water flow down?

MR. BACHELLER: Both sides.

MR. HONCHELL: Knowing information like that, we might move
it up so it catches water coming through the backyeards.

MR. BACHELLER: As soon as the snow is gone a lot of us will
have water draining between our houses to get to Simpson. I'm
just wondering if that's going up far enough to adequately handle
the job.

MR. HONCHELL: We will be happy to review that side. We may
