14

bad now anyway, but let them go to their friend's place and pull
in the driveway. That's a good way to solve it.

MAYOR DEMOS: Anyone else?

KATHY FISHER, 1482 West County Road C-2: We just recently
moved there and I guess I'm opposed to the sidewalk. I'm not
sure what you're saying - are there going to be sidewalks on
Sheldon and Simpson?

MR. HONCHELL: The only one contemplated is along County"
Road C-2.

KATHY FISHER: From what I noticed, we don't have the kids
on our side of the street. They come off the other streets and
go down, and when they get to the corner - down where the church
is - that's where they cross. They don't walk on our side of the
road so I guess what I'm saying - I'm against sidewalks.

MR. That's why we
didn't put it one foot off (inaudible) trying to miss a couple of
trees and poles. Some would have to be relocated.

MR. MAURICE GRUNDEI, 2968 Asbury: The neighbors behind me
are higher so their water comes "through my yard and ends up on
Asbury and it also does come around the corner of Lydia.

~ffi. HONCHELL: I appreciate that information, thank you.

MAYOR DEMOS: If no one else wishes to speak I will close
this hearing.

MRS. DONALD JOHNSON, 1468 County Road C-2:I was wondering
why this is brought up all of a sudden - the sewer problem.
Was it because of the building of the Coventry and the Comten that's
coming in on County Road C?

MR. HONCHELL: Neither one of them. This proposal for the
MSA C-2 street - this study was done a year ago before we knew
Comten was coming. We knew Coventry was there, but it's because
