4

generally toward the new cul-de-sac. There, there was no storm
sewer assessment because the work was done and charged to the
developer and you may end up being one of those fortunate people
in the city that has lots that never get assessed. It's not
proposed to be assessed with this, and I don't know any other
future project that's going to be picking up your water, so you
may be in the fortunate positio~.

MR. SIMONSEN: On this one we got a letter in the mail, and
we got this extra lot.

MR. HONCHELL: l320 - that would be assessed.

MR.SIMONSEN: But the first one you don't know yet for
sure.

MR. HONCHELL: 2588 (inaudible)
assessment is $295.

This is per lot. The typical

MR. SIMONSEN: It doesn't make any difference how long or short.

MRS. YOVA KLUZAR I don't live in Roseville, but I
live in Fridley.

COUNCILMAN CURLEY: I thought you retired.

MR. KLUZAR I'm not going to retire. I have about three
acres and you show me (inaudible) you got a storm sewer going on
Fernwood to that red section of that pond. Is that a storm sewer
there?

MR. HONCHELL: Take .the red off.

mr. KLUZAR Leave it there. It looks good. If the pipe
is on that side over there, just put a catch basin in. As far as
I'm concerned, 2573 (inaudible) if they would put a couple of
loads of dirt in the back yard I don't think they would have any
water in the basement. Now you're fixing it so the pond will
eventually dry up. That was completely dry a couple of years
ago. You got a catch basin on that (inaudible) When it gets
high, if you didn't have the catch basin on there (inaudible) but
the last couple of years it didn't have any. I know you gave me a
