Project Report Recommendation: December 1, 2004. <br />. Planning Commission Action: Approval Recommendation (7-0) w/Conditions, <br />December 1, 2004 <br />. City Council Action: December 20, 2004. <br />2.0 SUMMARY of RECOMMENDATION: <br />2.1 At their meeting of December 1, 2004 the Roseville Planning Commission recommended <br />(7-0) approval of the request by Jones Lang LaSalle for an amended Planned Unit <br />Development— General Concept PUD to allow a 132,679 sq. ft easterly addition on to <br />Rosedale Center, subject to 11 conditions.
