l2

MR. HONCHELL: There's asphalt there.

COUNCILMAN CURLEY: If we thought he shouldn't be assessed
for all that, we could take care of it at the assessment hearing.

MAYOR DEMOS: Anyone else wish to speak on this project?

MR. JEFF NOTTO, 1839 Western Avenue: I'm the mystery
property owner. Rather than confuse everybody any more, I might
just mention that I had a purchase agreement that dated back
two years for the south half of 21, 22 and 23, but because of
some title problem which took two years to close up, we didn't
close until two weeks ago. The next day I received a notice
of this hearing. We also own the north half of 2l, 22 and 23,
and also it's Lot 24 which is our present home site that's
kind of "L" shaped up above, and at the time we purchased this
property, the sellers had it divided into two separate home ,
sites - the northern and southern, which is everything of 2l, 22,
and 23 except the north 67 l/2 feet which makes that lower
part of 21, 22 and 23 a buildable lot. It was my understanding
that we have water on LOt 23 - on the south half of 23, is that
correct or not? According to the way this looks, it looks like
the water and sewer would come in on the south end of that property
but it was my understanding there is water somewhere on the south
half of 23 that extends out to Western.

MR. WIDERSKI: As far as I know, the water goes by and it
does go to Flipp which is on this side of Western where that
red line is - that goes to her house - the water, so it goes as
far as her house.

MR. HONCHELL: What I'm not sure of is if there's a water
service. That used to be one large lot and I could be wrong, but I
think there was a single service built to serve that one large
lot and that's being used by the house, so in order to get water
we have to build another service from some watermain.

MAYOR DEMOS: Where does sanitary sewer go to?

MR. STRONG: To this point.

FROM THE AUDIENCE: We cannot bring the sewer down Western.
It has to come through -

MR. HONCHELL: You have an elevation problem. You wouldn't
be able to get full service out of the (inaudible).

MR. STRONG: This house can't be hooked up.

MR. HONCHELL: The land is too low for that sewer that's
existing on Western:

MR. NOTTO: We would like to have the sewer and water on the
