Should update with last 20 years of data and might include some climate change information. 2.4.2 Bedrock Geology /Groundwater May need to update this section to reference Ramsey County Groundwater Plan 2.5 Land Use and Public Utilities Update current and future land use and reflect any changes in drainage infrastructure. 2.6.4 Water Resources Monitoring Information Update figures text with new collected data any new monitoring efforts. Update this section to include water quantity monitoring data and groundwater quality and Quantity data. 2.7 Hydrologic System Data Updates possible if outlet structures have been constructed since 2001. 2.9 Pollutant Sources Update with any new pollutant sources or sources that have been eliminated. New Water -based Recreation Areas Section not included in current plan, needs to be developed New Fish and Wildlife Habitat Section not included in current plan, needs to be developed New Unique Features& Scenic Areas Section not included in current plan, needs to be developed 3.0 Regulatory Framework New regulations (since 2001) need to be added to this section (e.g. NPDES language) 3.0 Regulatory Framework Updates to management of County Ditch 19 3.3 Stormwater Management Bennet Lake impairment for Nutrient/Eutrophication Biological Indicators needs to be addressed. Review of Shoreview and Roseville's storm pond maintenance plans and other potential MS4 requirements. Update with new information from FEMA maps. May include identification of potential problem areas and /or infrastructure needs. 3.4 Floodplain Table 3 -1 Update with stormwater mgmt. requirements for the Cities of Roseville and Shoreview. 4.2 Resource Specific Flooding and Stormwater Runoff Rate Issues Re- evaluate the water level issues being experienced on these water bodies (flooding versus low lake levels during dryer conditions) in light of outlet structures that may have been constructed since 2001 and changes in climate weather 4.3.3 mwater Runoff Rates and Volumes Problems and Issues Known stormwater rate and volume issues will be more comprehensively addressed. Deliverables: Meeting summary (1) Task 1.4 Presentation to Commissioners Member Community Representatives Description: The EOR team will present the draft Plan to the Board of Commissioners and representatives of the member communities for review and comment before it is approved for distribution for the formal comment period. Key points and highlights of the plan will be presented along with a summary of the public and municipal input received. As stated under Task 2.4, the draft Plan will be revised to reflect the comments and suggestions of the Board during this internal review. Where this meeting falls within the overall plan development process is highlighted on the project timeline. Deliverables: Presentation of Internal Draft Plan at a GLWMO Board meeting Assumptions: The final draft for distribution for the formal comment period will be presented by the selected Planning Process Representative(s), not by EOR, at the Feb. 28 Board meeting. All Board requested changes will have been incorporated in the final draft. Phase 2: Watershed Management Plan Development EOR has reviewed the 2nd Generation Plan and the requirements of 8410 and has identified the sections outlined in the table below as requiring specific updates through this planning process. The developed plan will be based on the input from the Board, the GLWMO Planning Process Representative, and on the technical expertise of the EOR team.
