EOR's experience with tax districts, grants, and other funding <br />options will help guide the discussion. Where this meeting falls within the overall plan <br />development process is highlighted on the project timeline. <br />Deliverables: Meeting summary (1) <br />Task 1.4 Presentation to Commissioners Member Community Representatives <br />Description: The EOR team will present the draft Plan to the Board of Commissioners <br />and representatives of the member communities for review and comment before it is <br />approved for distribution for the formal comment period. Key points and highlights of the <br />plan will be presented along with a summary of the public and municipal input received. <br />As stated under Task 2.4, the draft Plan will be revised to reflect the comments and <br />suggestions of the Board during this internal review. Where this meeting falls within the <br />overall plan development process is highlighted on the project timeline. <br />Deliverables: Presentation of Internal Draft Plan at a GLWMO Board meeting <br />Assumptions: The final draft for distribution for the formal comment period will be <br />presented by the selected Planning Process Representative(s), not by EOR, at the Feb. 28 <br />Board meeting. All Board requested changes will have been incorporated in the final draft. <br />Phase 2: Watershed Management Plan Development <br />EOR has reviewed the 2nd Generation Plan and the requirements of 8410 and has identified the sections <br />outlined in the table below as requiring specific updates through this planning process.
