Meeting Minute's Contract Chair Ferrington presented a draft professional services agreement between the GLWMO and Sheila Stowell for recording secretary (i.e., meeting minute and transcription) services. Mr. Petersen expressed the need the Chair Ferrington to receive a rough draft of the minutes for review and subsequent forwarding to him as soon as possible after meetings while discussions were fresh in everyone's minds. Member Eckman expressed interest in receiving draft minutes before the meeting agenda packets so members could be reminded of items needing to be accomplished before the next meeting; and suggested that they be put on the website prior to packet preparation. Mr. Petersen expressed his hesitancy to post draft minutes on the website for public consumption until they had been approved by the Board; and suggested that the entire packet could be posted with PDF files available under meeting packet designation. Member Eckman acquiesced to the suggestion by Mr. Petersen, but then suggested that the draft minutes be e- mailed to board members when they became available. Member Eckman moved, Member Westerberg seconded, approval of a Professional Services Agreement between the GLWMO and Ms. Stowell as presented and authorizing Chair Ferrington to execute the document. Additional Items added under New Business Member Eckman moved, Member Ferrington seconded approval of a payment request by Sheila Stowell, 4520 Bridge Court, Shoreview, MN, for Professional Services (Recording Secretary) in the amount of $240.10 for the April 22, 2010 meeting. Member Eckman moved, Member Westerberg seconded approval of payment request #0010746 by the City of Roseville for administrative support for calendar year 2009 in the amount of $11,120.00.
