II

MR. HONCHELL: I won't say they will not move - many of them
will.

MR. NOVAK: I guess there are just so many question marks
that we don't have and I don't have and you don't have per-
taining to the people that will be inconvenienced most. I
realize the people on the north side don't want the parking,
but there are a few homes - my dad and a few other people - who
are really inconvenienced and I don't think you have enough
answers here and I'm sure this will go through without any problem,
but I don't see why you can't give us a little more assurance that
(inaudible) Who do we talk to?

MR. HONCHELL: You can talk to me. This particular job, if
it's passed, would be done by the consulting firm of Short,
Elliott and Hendrickson who have done the design to date and they
would have an engineer assigned to the project and he would be
the one who had done the design.

MR. NOVAK: Is there someone who would come out to the property
and tell us where things will end up according to the proposed
plan because what I saw earlier doesn't make sense to me at all
as far as the land (inaudible) It doesn't look right. I'm no
engineer, but I know a few things about (inaudible) and things like
that.

1m. HONCHELL: Mr. Short indicated earlier it's very difficult
by waving your arms and pointing to an overhead (inaudible) cross
sections that they use to make their design (inaudible) but we
would be happy to (inaudible) to try to indicate what would happen
on their property. Naturally we desire this not to be tonight with
you, and your neighbor the next night, but we'd be happy to try to
meet with the people and go over individual problems and that
would also allow us to better understand the problems you have or
that may occur on the project so the final design can speak to
those problems, at least to the degree possible.

MR. NOVAK: Is this the last public hearing on this?
MR. HONCHELL: This is the public hearing.

rm. NOVAK: I want you to come to my house this winter
after we have had some snow (inaudible).

MR. HONCHELL: That's why at the beginning of the presenta-
tion I said there are some very severe driveway locations and
we recognize that. We can't completely solve them. I'd like
to tell you if you have an 18% drive when we got done it will be a
4% drive. We don't want to make it worse, and in some cases we
can make them better.

}ffi. NOVAK: The street is a good thing. It will benefit the
majority of the people but there are some instances where you
have to make concessions. In my dad's case he has some trees
that won't be taken out because of the road (inaudible). If
