what the source of your problem is and what some potential solu-
tions are. Obviously, we can't bring catch basins back between
every lot and put them in every home. However, it might be
feasible to bring a line back, or something, to a central pickup
location. I guess what I would suggest is that if this is passed,
that we would have a meeting with the consulting engineers and
the affected neighbors there to get a better piece of information
on exactly what could be done.

MR. KENNETH KREDOVSKI, 2799 Fernwood: (Changed Tape)
from Judith to my house, one step down from our yard. So in the
spring and fall I have all their water in my back yard and I have
the same problem with Merrill, stepping down off onto my property.
Will this be solved when the street is taken care of?

MR. HONCHELL: I guess I'd be happy to respond just as I
did to the other one. I can't tell you it will be taken care of
because at this point we haven't had an opportunity to really
meet with you or your neighbors to find out just.what your problem
is. I guess I'd respond a lot like I just firiished doing - saying
that, assuming it is approved, we will meet with you and whoever
(inaudible). '

MR. KREDOVSKI: will we be notified?

MR.
with the
solution.
there will

HONCHELL: Yes. RAYMOND BROWN, 2725 Fernwood: Madame Mayor has already
referred to the drainage problem at that address. (Inaudible)
try to eliminate the lake in front of our house. Every time some-
one washes their car, we have a river. At the same time, we do
have a problem in the rear. There is quite a collection of water
'when we do have a heavy rain. \ve have like a ditch across the
vacant lot that drains that water now off onto Woodhill. We are
in favor of the project.

MAYOR DEMOS: Anyone else on Fernwood?

MR. VICTOR STUCYNSKI, 2815 Pernwood: I've lived on this
street for approximately ten years and since I first moved on
Fernwood there's been construction going on on the street and
adjacent streets. Right at the present time, on the north end
of Fernwood, there is a construction project going on, and I
don't know how long that's going to be going on, but I think
probably the next two or three years. I think at this time, to
burden the area with the road construction with this construction
at the north end of this year, I think it would be a little too
much. I'm opposed to the project myself. I would like to make a
comment - I know some people who live on Fernwood, who have a
much higher grade level, who have water problems. I myself, I'm
