MR. HONCHELL: There are thirty feet from the middle of the
road to your ownership line.

MR. JAMES FOLEY: Thirty feet from the middle of the road to
where I start to own the property.

MAYOR DEMOS: That's right.

MR. JAMES FOLEY: My God, I thought I was a land baron
(inaudible) .

MAYOR DEMOS: That's one of the things we haven't said -
all of these trees are sitting on City property.

MR. JAMES FOLEY: But may I ask - when they decide how much
I pay in taxes - is it the whole lot? It's not the square
footage.

MAYOR DEMOS: Plus your house.

MR. JAMES FOLEY: But it's only the frontage, not square
feet.

MR. HONCHELL: Are you talking about taxes or the assessment
of this project?

MR. JAMES FOLEY: I'm talking about taxes that I pay every
year. My property taxes, based on the amount of square footage
of the lot that my house sits on, or by the frontage.

MR. ANDRE: Your property is probably taxed more equal to
what a similar lot sells for in the area.

MR. JAMES FOLEY: And that's square footage?

MR. ANDRE: It breaks down in the end to a square footage
price. They pick the assessed value, the market value, as to
what properties are selling for in the area.

MR. JAMES FOLEY: Would you say - let's say my lot is 120
feet wide at that point.

MAYOR DEMOS: Your lot is 125 feet. I know that. My
relative was the first owner.

MR. HONCHELL: According to this it's 100 by 120. 100 feet
on Merrill, 120 feet on Woodhill.

MAYOR DEMOS: I thought that was 125 feet. It used to be
30 feet from the (inaudible).

MR. JAMES FOLEY: I guess my question is - if I pay taxes
on the whole thing, the 100 by 120 feet, and now you're going to
take 3 1/2 feet by 120 - I don't pay taxes on that part either?

MR. ANDRE: No.

9
