•
October 9,2000
Property Owner
2182 Acorn Rd
Roseville,MN 55113
Re: Wetland Fill.
This letter is a follow up to my recent site inspection at the
conditions are in violation of the State Wetland Conservationproperty elow is a list of actions Currently
that need to
be addressed prior to October 31,2000. If these conditions are not met within that time frame,
additional enforcement procedures will be implemented.
1. All fill material must be removed from the Jurisdictional wetland. I have enclosed a map identifying
the wetlands on site that were delineated as part of a withdrawn RCWD permit. It appears that a
small amount of fill has been placed within the north wetland basin.
2. Adequate erosion controls must be installed to prevent sediment from
during the spring snow melt and depositing into wetland basins
during the
all exposed spring rains. As discussed on site, this would include mulch being
xposed soils,a silt fence correctly installed to pond water during the rain events, and
either permanent or temporary(annual rye)seed so that vegetation will be established as-soon-as-
possible in the spring.
From our discussion on site, it appeared to me that these issues can and will be addressed within the
allotted time frame. Please call when all items are completed for me to inspect and if you have questions
or concerns, feel free to call me at 651-766-4195.
Respectfully,
Tony Brough,CPESC
District Inspector/Technician
c: Correspondence
Ramsey SWCD(Attn.
