Folks: <br />We will discuss and act on the following issues at our next Board meeting. <br />I checked with Sally at the City of Roseville Eng. Dept. today, and the Roseville City <br />Council Chamber is open for our Public Hearing on the evenings of August 17th, 18th, <br />24th, and 25th, 2011. I have put a "hold" on the room for theses four dates I've reserved <br />the room from 6:00 pm to 8.pm. As you know, we have determined that we will hold this <br />meeting sometime between August 15th and 25th. Please consider this information at our <br />June 23rd Board meeting when we establish the date for the Public Hearing. <br />Also, we will discuss alternative meeting times for our Regular Board meetings, per the <br />requests of Len Ferrington and Ed Roberts. I have been told by Roseville staff that there <br />will be a standing conflict with 6:00 pm or latter meetings in the Willow room on <br />Thursdays. If we consider a latter meeting time to our current 4:00 pm, the Hawthorne <br />room is available for July 21st, 2011, September,l5th, and November 17th, 2011. It may <br />be possible to rotate meetings from a 4 pm to 6 pm utilizing the Hawthorne room for the <br />6 pm meetings. and the Willow room for 4 pm meetings. <br />Tom P. <br />
