By -Laws remain to be updated. <br />2) Outreach <br />A. Establish Partnerships with neighboring Cities and Roseville groups <br />and organizations, to sponsor and/or co- sponsor various initiatives <br />relative to our purpose and mission. 4 CHIEVED WITH- Regional <br />Forums 2010 2011 <br />Achieve co-sponsorship with adjoining Human Rights Commissions of <br />fall program <br />B. Work with Youth Human Rights Commissioners to <br />engage Roseville young people in the work of the Commission and <br />human rights efforts. m# YOUTH COMMISSIONERS appointed in <br />2010 c& early 2011. <br />Develop a HRC work plan for youth engagement in civil and human <br />rights issues in Roseville, such as outlined in the paper entitled possible <br />Youth Awareness Events distributed by Youth Commissioner Josephson <br />at December 14th H C meeting and as proposed by Commissioner <br />Kennedy m paper distributed at April 12, 2011, meeting. <br />C. Continue and build and expand on current race and diversity <br />dialogues, such as <br />Develop Project 515 fall program on discrimination against same -sex <br />couples under the law in Minnesota._ and what can be done about it <br />D.
