Motion prevailed unanimously. <br />138 <br />139 Curti said the Roseville Housing and Redevelopment Authority was interested in finding a <br />140 partner at the parade in which partners could pool resources and promote each other. <br />141 Commissioners discussed ways the two groups could work together, with the HRC promoting <br />142 strong neighborhoods that welcome diversity, and the HRA promoting strong neighbors that are <br />143 environmentally friendly. <br />144 <br />145 Commissioner Kennedy moved and Commissioner Laying Thao seconded motion to collaborate <br />146 with the 1 H A in the 2011 Rose Parade.
