Youth commissioners attendance shall he listed separately from commission <br />members and the minutes shall reflect youth commissioners present and youth <br />commissioners absent. 313 <br />NOMENCLATURE <br />E <br />MOTION: The following items are for clarification and to develop a common <br />terminology. The Commission should adopt the following terms for use in the minutes <br />and agendas. 313 <br />1. The Human Fights Commission has no subcommittees, only committees. The <br />agenda and minutes should so reflect. 313 <br />2. The name of the Internal Affairs Committee shall he changed to Executive and <br />Operations Committee. 313 <br />I The Program Planners Committee is a misnomer; it is the Program Planning <br />on nYittee, 313 <br />C OMMITTEE RESTRUCTURE <br />MOTION: The Visions of Success Committee and Data Geeks Committee shall be <br />eliminated. 313 <br />MOTION. All committees are open to the participation of any Human Rights <br />Co 313 <br />ATTENDANCE <br />MOTION: Attendance at the Human Fights Cornmission Meetings is mandatory. 313 <br />LOTION: In the event a Commissioner has two consecutive or three (3) une cured <br />absences form the Duman lights Commission Meetings in one 1) calendar year, the <br />Human lights Commission will submit to the Roseville City Counsel a recommendation <br />to formally address the attendance issue with the Commissioner. 313 <br />MOTION: An unexcus ed absence shall he defy e d as illness, family emergency, or <br />other reason deemed acceptable to the chair of the Commission. 3/3 <br />
