AUTHORITY OUTSIDE of PULL COMMISSION <br />MOTION: In order to promote the strategic plan of the Commission or accomplish the <br />goals of a committee, the Chairperson or other designee of the Chairperson shall have the <br />authority to make decisions in the best interest of said plan or goal if a meeting of the full <br />Commission is not possible. 3/3 <br />MOTION Any decision made by the Chairperson will be put on the upcoming meeting <br />agenda for approval by the full Commission, /3 <br />Note: Motions from committees don't require a second and will proceed to discussion and <br />consideration then a vote. <br />Designates the committee members voting in favor of the motion and the number of <br />committee members present <br />
